5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you wish to cancel your enrollment in a course, you must notify Arabiya Academy in writing. The following cancellation policy applies:

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the course start date will receive a full refund, less a 10% administrative fee.
  • Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before the course start date will receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the course start date are not eligible for a refund.

Arabiya Academy reserves the right to cancel a course due to insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, enrolled students will receive a full refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

Arabiya Academy will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential loss or damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this website or the courses offered, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

Arabiya Academy’s liability to you in respect of any service, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, will be limited to the amount paid by you for the service.
